Filamedic® es un filamento flexible a base de TPU 96A con una nueva formulación de sustancias Biocidas y Antibacterianas formando una armadura plástica capaz de destruir, contrarestar, neutralizar e impedir el crecimiento o proliferación de virus, agentes bacterianos, hongos y microorganismos nocivos para el ser humano sin incurrir en el daño del objeto, ambiente u organismo que lo porta en un 99,9% de eficacia.

It also has a pleasant touch feeling and perfect layer adhesion even at layer heights of 0.3 mm. 

Disponible en 1,75 mm de diámetro y en tres Formatos 250gr , 500Gr y 1Kg

Filamedic® It's indicated for the printing of surgical, pharmaceutical, health objects or defense pieces against viruses and bacteria for daily use due to its virucidal power obtained with the new formulation.
 

We especially recommend this filament for the manufacture of splints that replace medical casts or those made of non-breathable fabrics that can leave bad smells.

Thanks to its elasticity, it allows great comfort when printing pieces adapted to the body, the stiffness depends on the filling, so if you print with more filling, you can get a piece as much as possible. durable possible with a high degree of toughness as well as flexible.

Te recomendamos especialmente este filamento para la fabricación de Férulas  que sustituyen a las escayolas médicas o las fabricadas en tejidos no transpirables que pueden dejar malos olores.

The monomers, additives and pigments contained in the references Filamedic® AND Filafly® , meet the purity requirements of the Resolution AP (89) 1 of the EC, on the "Use of colorants in plastic materials that will come into contact with food", and Royal Decree 847/2011, to the recommended conditions of use.

We use the most innovative raw material and certified by Polyone® in our composition, with the quality of TPU supplied by Bayer® .

In vitro tests carried out show that Filamedic® consigue una reducción de unidades del crecimiento del coronavirus por encima de la normativa de ensayo, que fija la reducción del crecimiento del virus superior a 4 unidaes logarítmicas. Este filamento evita el depósito y crecimiento en superficies plásticas de cualquier agente patógeno como  Escherichiacoli, Legionela sp, Preudomonas, Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes, Staphycoccus aurens, Aspergillus niger, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Campylobacter jejuni, Herpes simplex, Norivirus, Rhinovirus o Gripe Aviar.

El ensayo se ha realizado con el coranavirus humano y está en vías de investigación y desarrollo para su certificación de inacctivación del SARS-CoV-2 en su siguiente fase.
